What is CrowdSurf?
CrowdSurf is a mobile-first live-streaming platform that delivers shared experiences by way of face-to-face interactions, and personalised engagement. It combines cutting-edge, proprietary innovations to create a unique and immersive environment for both viewers and talent.
Is CrowdSurf free?
CrowdSurf is free to download. During the testing phase tickets are currently free, however paid events will eventually be hosted on CrowdSurf.
How do I get a ticket?
You can sign up for an event through its dedicated web page or on the homepage of the app.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can see your upcoming events on the homepage of the CrowdSurf app.
How do I download the app?
When you sign up for CrowdSurf you will receive an email with a TestFlight link to download the app.
How do I enter the show?
Download the CrowdSurf app and log in to your account. Your shows will be displayed on the home page - to join, tap ‘join the event’.
What is a watchroom?
A watchroom is an exclusive room for you and up to 10 friends to hang out and watch the show together. Enabling audio allows you to chat while you watch.
How do I make a watchroom?
Tap the watchroom icon at the bottom of the screen, then tap the + buttons to add friends. Alternatively, tap on your friends in the crowd and click ‘invite to watchroom’.
Can I record the show?
For the privacy of our users it is currently prohibited to record shows and content on CrowdSurf.
Which devices can I join from?
During the beta phase, CrowdSurf is only available for iOS for iPhone. We are working hard to bring CrowdSurf to Android devices as soon as possible. If you’d like to be notified when we are Android-ready you can sign up to our waitlist on our website.
